- Own entire products end to end for an RFID/IoT company, from problem definition and user flows through design systems to shipped web, mobile and desktop apps.
- Took CX Flow Pro from concept through two complete design languages (iOS-premium and 'Nothing'-industrial) to a published Android field app, separating structural product decisions from decoration.
- Framed Identium Tracking around a self-writing paper trail: auto-generated GRN dispatch and reconciliation that turned manual asset logistics into a low-friction, auditable flow.
- Designed RaceFlow Pro as a consumer-grade product on top of a hard real-time timing problem: live leaderboards, embeddable widgets and finisher certificates for events from 100 to 10,000 entrants.
- Produced all product- and client-facing brand, marketing and print design (CorelDRAW, Bartender, Adobe suite), including published Play Store listings.

Projects
RaceFlow Pro: RFID race-timing platform (web + desktop). Custom design system with domain tokens, ~16 hand-authored animations, glassmorphism and dark mode. 30+ screens spanning live tracking, leaderboards, an embeddable widget and PDF certificates. React, TypeScript, shadcn/ui, Recharts, Electron.
CX Flow Pro: published Android RFID workstation for the CX1500N rugged gun-grip PDA. Bulk UHF inventory, tag programming across all memory banks, Geiger-counter proximity search, keyboard-emulation injection, a cloud webhook auto-mode and the AISense settings optimiser. Explored in two complete design languages (iOS-premium and 'Nothing'-industrial) before build. Kotlin, Jetpack Compose.
Identium Tracking: reusable-asset logistics platform moving boxes, trolleys and pallets between warehouses, hubs and client sites with a self-writing paper trail. Auto-generated GRN dispatch (In-Transit → Available), reconciliation to close the loop, role-based auth and full audit history. React, Ant Design, Node, MySQL.
Identium UHF Desktop Reader: Electron desktop app for the UHF Desktop Reader 103 — live inventory, single and bulk tag writing with Excel current-to-new mapping, and full reader configuration — built on a pure-Node reimplementation of the vendor's NRP binary protocol (no vendor DLL). Shipping at v1.1.3. Electron, React, Tailwind.
Personal portfolio: WebGL/3D interactive site with a custom GLSL particle shader hero, a physics playground (Rapier), the bespoke 'SIGNAL' design system, generative per-project artwork and GSAP/Framer Motion choreography. Next.js 15, React 19, Three.js/R3F, Tailwind v4.
