- Sole engineer for the company's RFID/IoT product line across backend, web, mobile and desktop; own architecture, data modeling and delivery.
- Built Identium Tracking: a reusable-asset logistics platform with auto-generated GRN dispatch, In-Transit/reconciliation state machine, role-based auth and full audit history (React, Ant Design, Node, MySQL).
- Built RaceFlow Pro, an RFID race-timing platform, hand-writing the reader's binary protocol over raw TCP (CRC-16 framing, EPC/RSSI parsing, two-gate anti-cheat) with a React frontend and Electron relay; shipping at v5.6.2.
- Shipped cross-platform desktop apps (Electron + React) talking to UHF readers via a C# bridge wrapping the vendor DLL over a hand-decoded binary protocol, including an AISense auto-tuning optimiser.
- Delivered internal systems with role-based auth, full audit history, real-time tables and branded Excel/PDF export (React, Ant Design, Node, MySQL).
- Published native Android apps to the Play Store (Kotlin & Java) with dependency-free XLSX/PDF export and chip-level NFC/UHF drivers.

Identium UHF Desktop Reader: Electron desktop app for the UHF Desktop Reader 103 — live inventory, single and bulk tag writing with Excel current-to-new mapping, and full reader configuration — built on a pure-Node reimplementation of the vendor's NRP binary protocol (no vendor DLL). Shipping at v1.1.3. Electron, React, Tailwind.
CX Flow Pro: published Android RFID workstation for the CX1500N rugged gun-grip PDA. Bulk UHF inventory, tag programming across all memory banks, Geiger-counter proximity search, keyboard-emulation injection, a cloud webhook auto-mode and the AISense settings optimiser. Explored in two complete design languages (iOS-premium and 'Nothing'-industrial) before build. Kotlin, Jetpack Compose.
Identium Tracking: reusable-asset logistics platform moving boxes, trolleys and pallets between warehouses, hubs and client sites with a self-writing paper trail. Auto-generated GRN dispatch (In-Transit → Available), reconciliation to close the loop, role-based auth and full audit history. React, Ant Design, Node, MySQL.
Active RFID + BLE Tracking: real-time location platform fusing long-range 2.4 GHz active RFID and BLE 5.0 indoor positioning. Custom binary TCP protocol (CRC16-CCITT) plus a Web Bluetooth (Electron) companion holding the reader's stream mode over BLE GATT. Node, Express, WebSocket, MySQL, React.
